Dr. Saswata Banerjee

Dr. Saswata Banerjee is a psychological counselor, educator, and researcher whose work stands at the intersection of mental health, scientific research, public health, healthcare management, and communication. His counseling practice is grounded in the belief that many people suffer not because they are weak, but because they lack clarity, emotional support, and a safe space to reflect honestly on their lives.

He helps individuals understand themselves more deeply, navigate emotional difficulties with greater awareness, and move toward a more meaningful, balanced, and value-driven life. His approach is thoughtful, structured, and humane, combining psychological insight with a broad understanding of health systems, behavior, and the pressures of modern life.

Dr. Banerjee believes counseling should offer more than temporary relief. It should help a person slow down, understand what is happening within them, and gradually develop healthier and more sustainable ways of responding to life’s challenges.
